Famous Deaths of 2012

Don Cornelius

Many of the faces you'll see in this memorial, if you will, are of people I either grew up watching on T.V. or people who touched my life in some way.  Here's a clip to refresh your memory on who Don Cornelius was and his contribution in music.  He was 72.

Charles Durning
I don't know where to begin when it comes to Charles Durning.  He was one of the BEST character actors of all time, for me.  Here he is in "Best Little Whore House In Texas".  He was 89.

Davy Jones
Davy Jones of "The Monkees" was one of those actors and singers I never saw with a frown.  He always looked happy and seemed to really enjoy life.  He was 66.

Dick Clark
I literally grew up watching Dick Clark.  American Bandstand went on the air in 1952, 6 years before I was born and Dick Clark has always been on T.V. doing one thing or another.

Don Grady
I asked my wife if she remembered Don Grady from "My Three Sons" and she hadn't even watched the show.  Don was the oldest son on the show but before that show he was a "Mouseketeer".  He was also a musician and songwriter.  He was 68.

Ernest Borgnine

I don't know where to begin with Ernest Borgnine.  I first remember watching him on "Mchale's Navy".  He was in so many movies there are too many good ones to mention.  He was 95.
Frank Cady
Frank Cady was a wonderful Character actor.  His most notable work was in The Beverly Hillbillies, Green Acres and Petticoat Junction.  He was 96.

George Lindsey
One of T.V's greatest characters for me was Goober Pyle played by the incomparable George Lindsey.  Here's one of my favorite episodes.  He was 83.

Jack Klugman
Jack Klugman's Oscar Madison was better in the T.V. show, in my opinion, than the movie character and Walter Matthau was great in the movie.  Jack Klugman also played Dr. Quincy in the T.V. show Quincy M.E.  That show was the forerunner to NCIS and all the rest.  He was 90.

Marvin Hamlisch
I don't know where to begin with Marvin Hamlisch.  I'm sure you've heard at least one of his songs.  He was 68.

Michael Clarke Duncan
One of the deaths that surprised me this year was Michael Clarke Duncan.  He best known movies where "The Green Mile" and "Armageddon".  He was the same age as me 54.

Neil Armstrong
I can't imagine being the first man to set foot on the moon, but Neil Armstrong knew what that was like.  I was 11 when it happened and my wife wasn't born yet.  He was 82.

Richard Dawson
My generation remembers Richard Dawson from "Hogan's Heroes".  Here's a wonderful clip from that show.  He was 79.

Thomas Kinkade

Another surprising death was Thomas Kinkade.  I was mostly surprised because of his age.  Again the same age as me 54.  All these years I thought he was much older.  Here's one of my favorite paintings he did.

You can imagine what I think takes place on a regular basis in that home.

Whitney Houston
Another big shocker was the death of Whitney Houston.  Her hits are too many to list but here's one of my favorites. She was 48.

Donna Summer
This wonderful talent had more hits than people give her credit for.  I loved her music.  She was 63.

Fontella Bass

Fontella Bass sang the song "Rescue Me".  For years I thought it was song by Aretha Franklin.  She was 72.

Andy Williams
I hate to say it but Andy Williams is one of those personalities I thought passed away awhile ago.  Andy Williams was credited with discovering "The Osmonds" He was 84.

Larry Hagman

Many remember Larry Hagman as J.R. on Dallas but for me it's "I dream of Jeanie".  You don't know how many times I wanted him to put Jeannie over his lap and give her a good spanking.  He was 81.

Phyllis Diller
I had no idea Phyllis Diller was 95.  I knew she was still around, alive, but I honestly thought she might be 80 or so.

Robin Gibb
The Bee Gees where incredible.  They produced countless hit songs and not just songs they recorded either.  Robin Gibb was 62.

Andy Griffith
And finally, once again, where do I begin.  One of the first comedy Lp's I had way back when was one from Andy Griffith called, "What it was,was football".  Man what a funny album.  But of course it's from my favorite all time show "The Andy Griffith show" that most everyone remembers.  He was 86.

Submissives wanting a spanking.

Over the years a variety of women, young and old, have contacted me with the desire to get across my lap and receive a spanking.  They've all pretty much said they needed a good discipline spanking and there was no one in their lives to give them what they need.

It always starts out over email or internet correspondence and pretty much begins the same way with all of them asking, "How would you do it?"  "Can you tell me what to expect?"  I always ask them if they've watched any of the videos we've posted on spankingtube and they all say yes they've seen the videos or even bought some.  At first I took the time to describe for them how it would start or happen and then, a few years back, I realized they were just women who were interested in INTERNET spanking and not the REAL thing.

Look, I don't have time to play internet spanking games.  If you're wanting a spanking, from anyone, don't play games.  Here's the thing.  A big part of getting a well deserved and sound punishment spanking is that it's not necessarily going to go YOUR way.  So for spankees out there, here's a word of advice.  When you contact a Dom or Top for some REAL spanking discipline you need to make sure they're safe and not an axe murderer, but you need to understand that if you're getting punished it's not going to be the punishment you fantasied about either.

I was recently contacted by a submissive who asked if I spanked for fun.  I replied that I do spank for fun.  Then it turns out that she wanted a real punishment spanking and could we set up a time when that could happen.  Am I missing something?  She asked if I spank for fun and then wanted to know if I would give her a REAL punishment spanking?  I don't connect the two.  Anyway, I continued the conversation and after awhile realized she had a desire for a REAL spanking but wanted conditions that were shall we say, one sided.  It's too bad I didn't know her address or I would have gone over and just done the deed!
